Hear It From A Guest:

"So we are in our room at the Bluebird Inn in Cambria. My wife is sitting on the patio overlooking the garden and reading her book. I'm sitting inside listening to Enya on our CD player. This afternoon we walked about 2 miles on Moonstone Beach. I don't think I can get any more relaxed or any more happier. Ahhhhhhhhh."

Eddie Shaug, former Cambrian, was remembered and honored today by many of his family members from all across the United States. After dedicating a Redwood tree to him, a commerative boulder engraved with his name was placed below as a reminder. The Shaug's came together to stay at the Bluebird and have been using this weekend as a celebration of family.

No Tusnami Waves or Damage, Non-Event for Cambria

Although the central coast has been affected by the recent tsunamis, Cambria is safe and sound! Because we are north facing, the biggest waves we were hit by ranged from 3-5 feet, making our surfers very happy. Our thoughts and prayers go out to those who were not as lucky and we will continue to support the families of those affected.
